What should I do if there is
error with my labels?
Rest assured all our labels are checked thoroughly and
carefully before sending out. We have strict quality
control in place to check every order before they leave
Muakids. However, sometimes things go wrong. If there
is a spelling mistake on our behalf or we supplied the
wrong labels, we will reprint replacement labels for
you upon the return of the original labels we have supplied.
What is our Refund Policy?
If an error arises on our behalf i.e. misspelt name
etc. we will reprint your original order correctly and
post it with priority at no extra cost to you, but we
will ask for the return of the faulty product for our
examination. However if you simply change your mind
or you supply the wrong details refunds will be given
at our discretion as to how we will assist you further.
We understand that mistakes can happen so please ensure
you always double check your order before submitting.

with your purchase and we are confident that you will
love our products as much as we do, that we offer a
100% replacement guarantee.
If however, you are not happy with your personalized
products, simply send us an email to inform us and post
them back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
